- 1. I'm not very computer literate! Is it hard to use Tradies Toolbox?
- It takes no more than 10-15 minutes to become familiar with Tradies Toolbox. How it Works and an online
HELP system guides you along every step of the way.

- Yes. Full material and labour (subcontractors) reports can be displayed and printed. Print full 'Profit and
Loss' statements to keep your finger on the pulse of your business expenses and income! Instantly view pie
graphs and line charts to get quick summaries of your business operations.
- 3. Is Tradies Toolbox secure? Can anyone else see my data?
- No one has access to your data except you. When your login and password are setup, the program
creates an exclusive password for your area of the system, known only to you. As an additional precaution
we encrypt all your data stored within our databases for total security.
- 4. What's so good about Tradies Toolbox?
- Tradies Toolbox allows you to have your very online business system all in one easy to manage place,
anywhere, anytime! This is your very own personal management of your material components and labour charges. Once
you've setup your main business details along with clients and suppliers, your future quotations are fast and
accurately produced by simply selecting items from your inventory online data base library.
- 5. Who can use Tradies Toolbox?
- ALL trades people including builders, contractors and subcontractors can use the Tradies Toolbox system
(see Product Examples on the 'Tour' page).
- 6. Is Tradies Toolbox specific to my trade?
- Yes, because the program is a frame work as you enter your own material and labour costs it will be
specific to your trade. With this system you can go into as much detail as you want, from the major material
components right down to screws, nails, glue, etc.
- 7. Is the online system of Tradies Toolbox fast?
- Yes, because nobody wants to sit waiting for pages of a website to load. The website and software have been
designed to operate fast using Pentium 2 or better and a connection speed of 33 kbps or faster. Once the
first page of the web site and the first page of the program have been loaded into your cache all that
changes is the data. It will work at the same speed as a program on your computer.

- 8.How powerful is Tradies Toolbox? Can I produce a quote for a large unit development for
example?
- Tradies Toolbox has no limitations on the number of items, or quantity of areas that can be calculated. Not
only is the interface powerful enough to handle a vast number of different calculations, you'll be amazed at
just how easy it is to use, even with large projects.
- 9. What does my subscription include?
- Your subscription to Tradies Toolbox gives you full access to the online application and updates for the
lifetime of your subscription. It also includes technical support via Phone or Email to answer any questions
you might have. Check out our 'Contact Us' page for more details.
- 10. What happens when my subscription expires?
- When your subscription expires you can still view reports and open and print all your invoices, quotes,
estimates and other documents via an access fee. These documents are stored securely online so you will
always have access to them. To create new invoices and other documents however, you will need to renew
your subscription.
- 11. How do I renew my subscription?
- The system will remind you 30 days before the expiry date. When the reminder pops up on your screen,
just click on 'Renew My Subscription' button, and make your payment. Once renewed you'll will be back up and
running in minutes.
